If you have been permanently or temporarily banned, muted or otherwise punished on the server, our forum, or Discord and want more information, you can post a thread in this subforum to contact our staff about your ban. Threads in this subforum can only be seen by yourself and Cassiopeia staff.

Please do not try to have bans appealed on our Discord server, or in game. Do not harass, bug or otherwise contact staff about your ban.

How to file a Ban Appeal
To file a ban appeal, please follow the following steps.

1. Navigate to the Ban Appeals subforum, then click on the "Post a Thread" button, located in the upper right hand corner, above where you found this announcement.
   
2. In the text field of your Thread Subject, please include the username that you were banned on (in most cases, your in-game name) along with whatever else you wish to include in the subject line.
   
3. In the body text of your thread, please indicate why you were banned (this should be included in your ban reason) and why you would like your ban reversed. If you simply have questions about your ban, be sure to put those in the body text of your thread.
   
4. When you are satisfied with the thoroughness of your appeal, and have included all relevant information, you can submit the appeal by pressing the "Post Thread" button at the bottom. If you would like to be alerted of replies to the thread- which is how we will contact you- then please select the appropriate option under "Thread Subscription".
   
5. The staff of Cassiopeia will discuss the content of your appeal as soon as possible. If they have any additional questions or need any additional information, they will post in the thread.
   
6. A final verdict will be posted in your thread as soon as one has been reached, and any appropriate actions will be made. Your thread will be locked shortly thereafter.
   

Appeals are handled on a case-by-case basis, and decisions are only made by the staff as a whole to prevent any unfairness. Circumventing your ban, before or after you appeal, will result in your ban being absolutely permanent and any appeals you file in the future being closed immediately.

If you are banned on the forums, you can post in this subforum on your banned account so please, do not create a new one in order to do so.
