Hello, Cassiopeian Content Creators! We absolutely encourage you to create live and recorded video content of our little community but there are a few extra things to keep in mind, so please give this list a look over before you begin. Thank you!
- When you go to record, please be mindful of other player's privacy. Always announce in chat (and in voice chat, if you are in there) that you are going to start recording or streaming so anyone who wishes not to be involved can take the appropriate steps to remove themselves. If someone does not want to be a part of your video, please respect their choice.
- You are welcome to go anywhere you want on the server that is public but once again, please respect the privacy of others and do not show the inside of other player's homes and private structures without their permission.
- Bring your communities to us! We would love to have your community members and fans join us here on Cassiopeia. However, please make them aware that it is not your private server and know that they will need to be whitelisted just like any other user, meaning some may be rejected.
- If you want to film special videos that may require some assistance from staff or want to organize special events for your videos or streams, do not hesitate to let us know! We can work with you to create amazing content.
- If you want to advertise your stream or video series, please make one thread and bump it whenever you add new videos or go live! You can bump it when you post or stream non-Cassiopeia content, as well, but try to keep those updates to a minimum!
- If you are just making a one-off video, you are welcome to create a thread just for that content or add it to a megathread. The choice is yours!
